Return Policy

How do I make a return?

To make a return please submit your return request  via email ( with your order number.


How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.


What items are returnable?

Most Apparel and Shoes are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn with tags attached in original packaging, smoke or odor free. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged in a durable outer box. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that Shipping and Handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria including any signs of wear.

The following items are excluded and Can Not Be Returned:
- Free gifts with purchase or Promotional items
- Accessories
- Sunglasses
- Gift Cards
- Body Blouse and Jumpsuits
- Jewelry 
- Shapewear & Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Worn Items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees


    Can I get my money back?

    For all returns we issue STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a GIFT CARD CODE. Refunds are not Available. 


      Are there any return fees?

      Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
      If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.


        How soon will I receive my store credit?

        Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your Electronic Store Credit to be issued.  Store Credit is Valid for 90 Days


          How do I Redeem my Store Credit?

          When placing an order online you will enter the Store Credit Code (sent via email )at check out to redeem your store credit. 


            If I refused the package or there was an issue with my address; can I get a refund?

            If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item, or if USPS finds the address as "un-deliverable" we will NOT issue a refund or a Store Credit.

              *If your package has delivery issues and is returned to our office, you will receive a phone call or an email to pay for your package to be redelivered to you( we recommend using a different address).
